Mr. Mo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Auckland University of Technology. He came to New Zealand as an international student in 2003, moving from language courses and the University of Auckland Foundation Program to university study, and later achieved skilled migration to build his life and career here.

Since 2008, Mr. Mo has specialised in education consulting and long-term study planning for New Zealand and Australia, helping thousands of students and families reach their goals. With a thorough understanding of admission and pathway requirements across primary, secondary and tertiary education, he designs clear, actionable academic pathways.

Ms. Nikki Wu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Auckland University of Technology. She came to New Zealand as an international student in 2002, progressed from high school to university, and later achieved skilled migration through her own efforts, building her life and career here.

Since 2009, Ms. Wu has specialised in education consulting for New Zealand and Australia. She is well-versed in the curriculum structures, admission requirements and career planning of primary schools, secondary schools and universities. Drawing on her own journey from international student to immigrant, she helps students plan their academic paths and offers forward-looking academic and career strategies for those with immigration goals.

Ms. Wu understands the expectations and investment behind every international student family, and approaches each application with a professional, responsible and meticulous attitude. With over two decades of overseas experience and more than ten years in the industry, she is committed to supporting every student’s educational journey toward a global future.

Ms. Zou previously worked for three years as an Immigration Officer with Immigration New Zealand, specialising in student and work visa applications, including employer-supported and partnership-based work visas. This gave her an in-depth understanding of New Zealand immigration policy, assessment criteria and decision-making processes.

With over 10 years in the immigration industry, Ms. Zou specialises in long-term study-to-residence planning for adult students and their families. Her areas of expertise include Skilled Migrant applications, student visas, partnership visas and parent category applications, and she has assisted with thousands of cases.

Rather than treating each visa as a standalone application, Ms. Zou looks at each client’s long-term goals. Starting from the first student visa, she assesses their background, family circumstances, study pathway and career plans to build a practical, connected pathway, with ongoing support through study, work, residence and family reunification.
